The forum received a major upgrade this weekend, and is now using a different brand of forum software. The new product has a modern look and is much friendlier to mobile guests. We realize that many people now visit forums and social media with their phones or tablets, and now it will be much easier to do so with Framers Corner. All previous posts, sub forums, avatars, and private messages have been converted.
Some of the improvements available immediately:
-PUSH NOTIFICATIONS* OPTION (to instantly let you know on phone or tablet, when something you are watching has new activity) If you have this turned on, you'll will see a special notification on your device, with a direct link to the new content.
-Optional PWA SMARTPHONE / TABLET APP* (progressive web app) for phones, tablets, and computers with Chrome Browser.
-Better layout for use on mobile devices with an adaptive theme that will look great on any device. (with or without the app)
-New subforum types, such as article forums, and forums where you can rate/upvote for the best answer/solution given
-You are now able to log in by user name or by email address.

-The popular GIPHY social animation library is now built in. Click "GIF" in the message editor, to insert a GIPHY animation.
-We now support full UNICODE characters and popular EMOJIS

-A new 'unsubscribe' feature is available, from within emails.
-A new BOUNCE detection system is in place to automatically disable emails for someone if their emails bounce/fail to deliver multiple times.
-A new optional 'activity summary digest' can be sent by email, if you didn't visit for a couple weeks, containing the most recent activity
-Members are now able to mark an item as "SOLD", in the for sale section, to prevent future inquiries
-The For Sale section now shows thumbnail images of the items for sale, in the list of posts.
-Members can further customize their profile banners
-There is a new SHARE button, in case you want to share something to Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Pinterest, Tumblr, Whatsapp, Email, or just a LINK.
-hCaptcha is supported
-Improved speed and security. We are on a Litespeed server platform, with cloud based Litespeed cache. We work hard to keep spammers OUT. New registrants are screened by the Forum Help Team, as well as cross referenced with major spam databases. (Project Honey Pot, StopForumSpam, and DNSBL)
*Push Notification and the Progressive Web App are available to users of Windows 10, Mac OS, and Android Phones/Tablets. Apple's IOS does not yet support this standard, so it will not work on IOS devices. Chrome Browser is recommended for best results.
