Hi All,
With Chapter Competitions in Full Swing the CB just wanted to pass along some important information for the Chapter Level Winners.
First CONGRATULATIONS on your WIN!!! :first::second::third::clap2::whoo:
Now for the info and reminders:
From the Guidlines (section 3.1 and 3.5)
All 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Honorable Mention winners from each chapter shall be eligible to compete
in the International PRINT/OPEN Framing Competition held at the PPFA Annual Conference.
So if you are eligible to compete in the International Competition Please go to www.ppfa.com and hover over the Competitions Tab. A drop down will appear saying Chapter Competition Packets, click on this then go to the bottom (Forms for Competition Winners) of the page for the paper work and instructions for submitting your piece. http://www.pmai.org/PPFAContent.aspx?id=23280
Please note the pieces WILL NOT be shipped to PPFA this year. The shipping location is being coordinated and information will be posted as soon as it is available. However Please go ahead and send in your Entry form and Description form. Please read International Competition Criteria 2013-14 for Full Details.
Also just a reminder, DO NOT post photos of the winning Pieces anywhere before the conclusion of the International competition in January. If photos are posted the piece will be disqualified. Names and pictures of the winners are fine -JUST NOT THE PIECES.
Chapter Leaders Please submit your Chapter competition reports to PPFA and Linda P at the conclusion of your competition. Report forms are at the bottom of the competition page.
