Large shop, well equipped, Private parking, private yard , in comm/res zoned area. New owners could move into Shop and live and work immediately. Kalispell is in the fastest growing area in the nation and many affluent newcomers are building and decorating their houses and businesses. We have had to close the shop to the public 3 days a week in order to work on new orders. No debt, all suppliers love us. I must go take care of an ill family member, soon. This is the deal of the century for a professional picture framer who wants to relocate to "the last best place". Great schools and downtown are within walking distance. $100,000.00.

Cindy,

Could you provide more information about the shop. Real estate, equipment, photos? When you say move into shop, is this an owned space with an apartment?

Hi Clare. It's a 3000+sq foot converted commercial garage built in the 40's. It's 1 year into a 5 year lease with a first option to renew. I just replaced my phone with all the old photos and am having trouble getting my new phone to send photos where I want them to go. I'll keep trying. You can google us. Budget Framing and the Artist's workshop in Kalispell, MT. We bought the largest version of all our equipment. Shrinkwrapper, Drymount Press, Fletcher Cutter, Straightline cutter, Caseese Underpinner, Compressor, Wizard Mat Cutter. I use a Mitre saw with a fence and have a large vice table with 10 vices. I am living in the Shop at this time. It's not an apartment yet, but it can be. It has 2 areas that would convert easily. I sold my house before the business sold so I made 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and am using the Shop bathroom as it is until I can get a plumber in to build a personal bathroom. It's got private parking and a fenced back yard.
