I'm looking for a Morso-F guillotine in very good condition. Must have 60" colored measuring scale and tracking rabbet support system. An extra set of blades would be awesome! I want to see pics (top, front & lower back) but being new here I don't know if I can post my email addy. Can someone advise me on that issue?

Hoping to find one in Nevada, Arizona, California or Utah so I can pick it up. Other western locations would be considered depending on price and condition of the machine. I'm ready to buy NOW so if you're thinking about selling a Morso - contact me!

Thanks John. I've been in contact with them for the last month. They have 1 in Utah but it has issues. They have 1 in New Mexico that I would LOVE to have. Probably too far too drive but I don't know which part of New Mexico it's in. I'm in 2nd week of trying to get shipping quote from them and about to walk away. I also found a couple with a used equipment dealer in Atlanta. Still hoping to find something on west coast.

Yes Kai. I've encountered quite a few machines that have been pretty beat up. I know there's parts but I really wanted one that I could have up and running with nothing more than some new blades. The good news this morning is that I bought one in New Mexico yesterday afternoon. The selling broker wasn't successful in finding a freight company. I'm driving to Phoenix Friday to pick up one of my sons and on to New Mexico to pick it up. It's a lot of driving for a weekend but this Morso is in primo condition and priced pretty good too. I'm excited. Bye bye chop saw!

Good for you Randi. I have had my Morso for several years.
The parts that wear out the fastest and need replacing are
- The two springs moving the knifeblock back
- The two pedalscrews and the pedal
- The long measuring strip

Do you think I should buy each of these things as a precautionary measure?
