Culinary arts. Been a foodie for a long time, and if I wanted to work harder than I do I would do it professionally. For instance, last night I made applewood smoked grouper with garlic potato pancakes, pineapple salsa, and a salad of feta, cucumber, purple onion, tomato, cilantro, EVOO and Balsamic vinegar. I shop and cook almost every evening and make enough so I can feed my wife, myself, and my employee with leftovers.
I also love to fish and have little in the way of an excuse if I don't when the Atlantic Ocean is a 5 minute walk.
