I just wanted to say thank you to the many PPFA members who took the time to came by my booth for a demo We had a fabulous show and because we were so busy some of you may not have gotten one of the thread trimmers we were giving out. If you were there and and didn't get one and would like one, please let me know. Also if you purchased a kit and didn't get the additional 2% for being a PPFA member please let us know about that too. We will make it right.
For us the show was great again this year and we both came home dog tired. I was unlucky enough to also come home with a cold, but at least it held off until I was on the plane coming home. Speaking of planes, if any of you heard about the pilot that got locked out of the cockpit on the Delta flight......that was the plane we flew home on. It was quite a sight to see the plane being towed in to our gate surrounded by about a dozen police cars with their flashers going. About 6 policemen boarded the plane when it stopped at the gate. Guess they were being overly careful and as you can imagine our flight was late getting back to MN. Apparently the door jammed because of a piece of string which was odd. And since all the steering on a plane is done from the captains seat, the co pilot who had to land the plane couldn't steer it on the ground. Hence the reason for the tow. Pretty funny.
