So, for the WCAF registration, it shows three offerings:
Trade Show, National Conference, PPFA Convention

It's been probably 12 years since I've last gone. Can someone explain how/what/why/etc. of the division? Are they in different restricted areas?

Also, it's kind of weird. The website has no prices listed for the classes . . . ah, found prices in the PDF brochure. (Now, I just need to figure out which classes might be worthwhile—a number I could teach!)

Thanks,
Andrew

The Trade show is the vendor floor.
The conference the classes and events put together by WCAF/Hobby Publications.
The PPFA Convention are classes and events put together by the PPFA/Monarch.

You can go anything you pay for.

Could get more, or less, confusing, now that WCAF and PPFA are owned by the same people.

I would expect (not from any inside info) that next year it will be much more seamless.

Not exactly, but it is closely related. WCAF is produced by Hobby Publications. PPFA is managed by Monarch Expositions. The primaries in Hobby Publication are not the primaries in Monarch, though there is some overlap.
Your expectations about moving forward are probably spot on...at least, I hope so.
