Just wanted to commend all those who were instrumental in putting together the line-up of classes offered at this year's WCAF Expo, including the instructors, of course. I always try to take as many as I can, saving some time for the trade show, and this year was no exception. The "businessy" classes were especially good this year, in particular: "Small Shop, Big Thinking", "Building Equity in Your Frame Shop", "Retail Makeover Workshop", and "Planning the Perfect Event". . . full of practical advice and inspiring ideas! Not sure if these particular classes were new this year, or maybe I just never noticed them before, but I'm glad I took them this year. Thanks again for all the hard work that went into a very successful WCAF show this year.:thumb:
