Vinyard is a Custom Picture Framing Showroom/Workroom located in the Dallas Design Center. We work primarily with the Design Trade, but we also work with Museums, Art Collectors, Galleries, and Retail clients.
This position will require you to work directly with clients, guiding them through the design process of their framing projects. These projects can range from family photos to large boutique hotel lobby installations. Experience and knowledge in the picture framing industry is preferred, however training is available for the right candidate. An understanding of design and color theory is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their requirements and preference
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer accounts, including order processing, and follow-up communication
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and industry developments

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Comprehension of Design and Color Theory
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

What Vinyard Frames offers:
  • Compensation is based on Experience with additional Monthly Commissions
  • The Showroom is open Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm and Closed for Lunch between 12 and 12:45.
  • Wages are paid on an Hourly Rate
  • Vacation and Paid Holidays with extra PTO that can be earned

  • Full Time Position – 40Hours per Week
