Where can I get a copy of the PPFA by-laws? A couple statements in recent threads, makes me think that it would most interesting to read the corporate by-laws and any recent amendments. Also, what state is the PPFA incorporated in? Thanks!

PPFA is incorporated in Michigan, and each of the chapters in incorporated individually. The bylaws are on the PPFA website under "About PPFA" from the menu on the left.

Thank you for the help. Not much but boilerplate wording used by many organizations. Maybe, I needed to ask for info on the Policy and Proceedures handbook of the organization. Thou shalt and thou shalt not type rules that have been adopted. There just seems to be some questions regarding "policy" being written either by the board in general or subcommittees to direct wanted results. I'm just asking so I can better understand and give credit or not give credit to things said about the PPFA (both here and the G.

As you might imagine, discussion has started concerning this topic at the board level.

Historically, PPFA has operated on a past practice, or word-of-mouth basis.

To the best of my knowledge, the only "policy and procedure" type documents are the "guidelines documents" related to Competitions and Certifications.
