PPFA honors Annual Award winners

The Professional Picture Framers Association (PPFA) honored the following members during the PPFA 2016 Convention held Jan. 24-27 at the West Coast Art & Frame Expo/The National Conference, Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, Nev.

• Lifetime Achievement Award: Rob Markoff, CPF

• Paul Frederick Distinction for Leadership Award: Robin Gentry, MCPF

• PPFA Service Award: Linda Pujo, MCPF

• Chapter Volunteer of the Year Award: Wally Fay, CPF

PPFA also honored outgoing board members Sarah Beckett, MCPF; Fran Gray, MCPF; and William Parker, MCPF, GCF.

The PPFA Awards and Recognition Committee was chaired by Meghan MacMillan, MCPF; with Harry Gaston, CPF; Tony Tremonto; and Susan Gittlen, MCPF.

Linda Wassell, MCPF, created the certificates; and Robert Gulf, CPF, owner of Knollwood Art Frames in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., custom framed the awards. Larson Juhl donated the frames and Museum glass.
