Just doing a last-minute sweep to make sure all registered participants have received their shipping instructions & label from Nick.

The registration deadline was Dec 12th, and eligible competitors should have received their shipping info by now. Your receipt of them also serves as your confirmation that you are registered for the competition. The deadline for the pieces to arrive in Vegas at the SES facility is Jan 16th.

Nick is at CES this week, so if you are expecting the shipping documents and have not received them yet, please let me know immediately. A private message via this forum will work. I can provide you the same forms by email. If you have not received your shipping forms, please respond. Unless I hear otherwise, I will use your email address as provided on your chapter's competition report.

IF YOU PLAN TO HAND-DELIVER your piece, that must be coordinated by phone beforehand in case of any location and time changes for drop-off and judging.

Another clarification -- overlooked. What is that small label for that you may have received? (Two labels on a page -- you only need one label per box.)

Cut it in half and attach it to the outside (front) of your shipping box. This has the shipping address on it, with delivery times -- but it is NOT your shipping label. This little label is used at the SES destination for sorting purposes only. You still need your main shipping label (FedEx, UPS, etc.)

Keep in mind everything going to the show goes to that location. All show exhibitors have their own labels. Everything arriving is sorted and put on pallets separated by exhibitor.

Your shipper will probably require a destination phone number. Please use the destination phone number for SES: (702) 507-5278

My package has arrived in Las Vegas today. That is good because the FedEx site says that weather conditions are causing some delays. If anyone has been procrastinating you better get it shipped now.

If I ship my package out today or tomorrow for Friday delivery, I will pay a fortune (Second Day or Next Day delivery). Sorry...just returned from the Gift Market late last night. :yawn:

I had planned on hand delivering this on Friday 23 January, however our flight does not get into Las Vegas until 5:25pm and the deadline is 5:00pm.

Is there anyone driving into Las Vegas who arrives earlier in the day or Thursday? Can I ship it to you?

Is there anyone getting into the hotel that I can ship it to you and would you kindly deliver it for me?

Any help appreciated.
