Notice to eligible competitors -- please check your email inbox for arrival of your registration and shipping documents (two separate documents). Emails are being sent TODAY to all reported chapter winners, with all needed documents attached.

Please be aware of the registration and shipping deadlines provided on both of the forms. (Registration: Dec 31st; Shipping: between Dec 28th and Jan 15th.)

Additionally, if you have been following posts related to a similar thread, you know that the membership / participation eligibility rules in place at the time of 2015 chapter competitions apply to this 2016 International competition.

Hi Linda, Shipping instructions say "... peanuts, loose foam material, or shredded paper will be subject to disqualification."

What does "loose foam material" mean?

Cliff,

It just means small peanut-sized pieces (that end up all over the floor). Foam nests inside the box, customized to the frame size, are best -- and also better than bubble wrap. A few competitors last year used some great boxes from U-Line with the foam nest inside.
