PPFA 2017 Keynote Lunch: “Creating a Collection – The Inspiration Behind the Design"

As a moulding designer with over 35 years in the industry, Paula Jackson, product design manager for Larson Juhl, has traveled the globe, collecting beautiful things along the way. From a 10’ tall French faux bois aviary to a 2” tortoise from Napa, Paula always finds a way to return with a treasure for her home and an idea for a new frame collection.

Paula will walk Keynote Luncheon attendees through the process of creating a moulding collection – from inspiration and design to manufacturing, and finally, to the wall.

Understanding the passion, hard work, and artistry of creating a moulding collection will give you an appreciation for the work you do and the value of your craft.

The Keynote luncheon, sponsored by Larson Juhl, is open to all framers, with special pricing for PPFA members. It is set for 11:45- 1 p.m., Sunday, January 22, at PPFA 2017 at the West Coast Art & Frame Expo/The National Conference.
