These “sandwiches” will leave customers hungry for more!

According to PPFA educator Chris Paschke, CPF, GCF, acrylic, metal, and floating wall décor is extremely popular for hospitality and display industries as well as home décor.

Face mounting is the fusion between the face of the art and an acrylic sheet creating a permanent, airtight bond allowing the image a high gloss wet look.

Acrylic “sandwiches” are a noninvasive method that may be applied to the display of single sheets, magazines, photos or anything that withstands its own weight and should not or cannot be mounted.

Chris will teach an afternoon class on Sunday, January 22, at PPFA 2017, held at the West Coast Art & Frame Expo/The National Conference. Her class is open to all framers, with special pricing for PPFA members.
