The PPFA 2015 Convention website is now live, with information about speakers, classes, vendor showcase, keynote luncheon, PPFA member meeting, competition celebration, Chapter Leaders Conference, CPF/MCPF exams and Recertification Course, and more! Registration is through West Coast Art & Frame, but you can read about Registration first on our site then follow the link.

See you all in Vegas!

If one does not purchase the all in one pass, is there a discount on individual PPFA Classes/events for members?

When I went to the WCAF site, there is only one price listed for the PPFA classes.

If you register as a PPFA member, and choose individual sessions - you're seeing the member price (prices go up after Dec. 20 so register early)

Rob, are you registered as a PPFA member or as an educator? I'm not sure what you'll see as an educator.

Nonmembers should see a different price on sessions.

Also, if for example a member is looking for the Chapter Leaders Conference, look under individual sessions, PPFA. You won't find PPFA events under the National Conference VIP Pass, since that's a separate entity. But you CAN buy a VIP pass and still select individual PPFA sessions, or vice versa. Or go whole hog and buy the combo!

Thanks, Sheila-

I was registered as an educator. When I re-registered as a PPFA Member (and put in my member number) - the prices are exactly the same as when I was not registered as a member.

The Keynote came up at $75 either way and Suzanne's White class came up at $80. Are these the member prices for individual sessions? Unfortunately, all the other classes I wanted to take are at the same time as classes I am teaching so the all in one pass is not cost effective. I think that the only way I will ever get to take one of Hugh's classes is to either give up teaching or go to a regional event and not teach there either :(.

Yes, those are the member prices, before Dec. 20. Most sessions are $65 before Dec.20, Hugh and Suzanne are higher.
Makes the $299 PPFA pass great value, although I can see it's tough for educators.

Maybe Guidelines to Hinging Book!!!!!

Which is why I think the CPF Recert Class should be re-branded/marketed. It is ALL about "what's new" and State of the Art. Surely others who are not CPF's could benefit from this class and the knowledge presented.

Education Committee - are you reading this?

Yes Rob. The ( ReCertification ) Certification Committee has considered this need.

Recertification addresses much new information and our committee reviewed every part of the presentation this year.

One thing is certain, and that is that change is constant.
