Anyone interested in joining me in NYC between 5/23-27 for a docent frame tour of the Met? Memorial day is one of the museum's "open holiday days" - so that might be a good day to do it.

Looking to see if there is interest in my putting something together or if I will do it on my own.

Rob,
What a great idea! Memorial Day is a tough time to get a group together but you never know. You are special! So many have shore homes and it starts the season. Perhaps you can have a limo driving up the Jersey coast picking up framers. I bet that the City has some decent Chinese restaurants too.
We have an incredible PPFA Chapter nearby across the river spanning several states. Just say the word and we will be there to support you. It's a train ride away for most of us. Maybe we could even get Suzanne to join us! Wow having Rob and Suzanne would be awesome! :thumb:

With it being the holiday weekend makes it tough for me. I spend a weekend or two in NY every year to tramp around the museums. Gettinng a docent tour with some other framers would be an outing I would hate to miss. I would do my best to change our schedual to make it.

I'll be in NY for the Art Expo in March if anybody wants to plan something then too.

It looks like Sunday is the best day all around, especially since Suzanne Smeaton says that is a day when she can join us too.

So who is with me and what time? I was thinking early like 10 AM but will adjust for those who may have to travel. We could also meet for brunch/lunch first somewhere and then start at 1:00?
