We are having a special event for the Mountain and Plains Chapter on Sunday, October 26. The event will be held at Colorado Moulding, 2606 S. Raritan Circle, Englewood, CO 80110.

We will have the PPFA competition for Open and Print. And our election of officers, and we hope to have a "special" guest for a wonderful presentation!

We will also have our special competition where you bring in any special framing job, to the meeting, and everyone votes on their favorite. No judging except for peoples choice.

Our fall event will be at 12:00 to 3:00 at Colorado Moulding on Sunday, October 26.

We will have the "Favorite Framing Job" competition which is a popular choice, and is open to everyone, PPFA members and not.

Other topics will include:
1. The business side of running a Frame shop, by Trevor. As many of you know, he has doubled in size this last year, and his stories of experience should be educational.

2. 75 ways of coloring bevels and other decorative mat ideas, by Russ. Yes, he has successfully tried more than 75 different combo's of colors and methods, plus some that don't really work. Hint: Trying to color a bevel with ink in a ruling pen is not recommended.
