"Hinging & Mounting the Conservators Way"

Mounting using adhesive and non-adhesive techniques....


taught by:
Dianna Clise, who is a paper conservator at the Midwest Art Conservation Center in Minneapolis, MN. She has experience hinging and mounting a wide variety of works on paper and parchment, including fine art, illuminated manuscripts, photographs, and family documents, and teaches adhesive and non-adhesive mounting techniques to museum and framing professionals.


The event will be held at the American Swedish Institute in Minneapolis.

The day includes an in-depth discussion with Dianna in the morning, a hands on workshop in the afternoon, and at the end of the day, a private tour of the American Swedish Institute with the Institutes Curator!

We ONLY have 4 remaining slots for anyone planning on attending the Hinging Workshop on May 11th. If you have been planning to register in line www.ncppfa.com - do not delay. Space is limited to just 25 and 21 are pre-registered!!!!!

With the hinging products discussions lead by the Paper Conservator of Midwest Conservation Center, lunch, a hands on workshop, take home tools and supplies, and a personalized tour of the Swedish Institute by the curator...this is terrific day!
