I have a used Inmes 5ph Pneumatic Underpinner for sale. Machine has been well taken care of. Price includes 3 1/2 boxes of vnails.

Offers double adjustable clamps and front clamps, providing quality joining. Joins moulding up to 6" wide. The v-nails can be inserted in several positions, as the solid steel hammer block is moved from one position to the next while the moulding and fence remain clamped and locked in one position." It also includes the wings to extend the table size . The wings retail for $107.
It will take soft or hard wood v-nails in 5,7,10,12 and 15mm heights.
