Are you a shop who has roller coaster sales? One month you're slower then molasses and then next month the flood gates somehow opened up and now you're overwhelmed with orders? Tired of the 14 hour days and working over a weekend or extremely late nights to get the orders done?

We've all come across the problem. You want to hire an extra hand but you're worried you won't be able to keep them through the slow periods. Or you can't find seasoned help without a significant investment in training. By the time you've completed a basic training program with a new hire you're now trying to prioritize which rush orders or older orders needs to get out first.

Here's how I can help. It's simple. Just call Chris, that's me, the owner of C&M Framing Services and I'll work out a schedule for a day or days when I can come and help clear your back log.

Having a scaleable workforce can help ease your stress levels and help you get back to focusing on growing your business. Let me worry about your backroom production while you enjoy more facetime with your clients.

Absolutely! And technically I'm in Maryland but I cover the MD, DC, and VA area locally.

I'll go anywhere there's work. As long as it makes sense for both parties
