Greg Perkins is retiring from his connection with the framing industry. I understand he sold his business and is starting an exciting new chapter in art. I hope it is not too late for something to be done to honor his hard work and commitment to our industry, this upcoming Vegas show as he told me it will be his last bit of commitment to close this chapter. It feels like perfect timing.

I thought the fastest way to get the word out was a Facebook Secret Page so he does't know about it. Would be awful if he did and this didn't happen.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/199860263752250/ Here's the link to the page. I have invited a whole mess of people, but please share with others, go to the page and make a comment to make a difference.

So many thanks for any of y'all's help.

Any one of the PPFA higher ups. Please contact me if this endeavor is outta line. It just felt like something ought to be done to me.

WOW, thank you darling.

I made the Facebook page "Secret" as I didn't want Greg to know about it. Would be horrible if nothing happened. The page has blossomed into some nice comments, some real thinking and people taking action.

Shall I make it "Public"?

Cathy when I try the link it says the content is unavailable. Can you send me a link via FB?

I've seen and posted to the Honoring Greg page on facebook, but I did not know it was prompted by his leaving the framing industry. I'm happy that he is going to be able to devote his time to his other talents, but this news leaves a void for sure. Unfortunately, we can't make it to Vegas this year because my wife's 90-year-old dad has some health issues that we are helping to look after- plus, we're working on a kitchen remodel. I regret having to miss this event for Greg, and not seeing him. Please keep us posted on the proceedings through social media, and please convey my best wishes to Greg.

Man, Diane Rehm retired today, and now this.....
