I've had reasonable luck asking the local college professors and posting on the college career sites.

Wanted to give you and update. I contacted the University and they do have a work study program. I filled in the paperwork and they are looking for me now. A real plus is they will reimburse a small portion of the pay for the person I hire if it is a student! Yeah. Thanks for the suggestion.
