I saw these being used for photo presentation; I could not get the info what its called and where can you buy it. Does anyone know? I have looked on signage sites, but did not find it.

These are often used for conference banners. You should be able to find them at suppliers to the sign industry.

I checked with a couple of large suppliers, but they don't carry this type and size. Has anyone seen it at FedEx/Kinkos?

I have not seen these things anywhere other than for temporary graphic displays, such as at trade shows or short-term exhibits.

Have you tried graphics design companies? I bet they can either supply them, or know where to get them.
