Turns out that I have four Elpha F18 guns that we simply don't use anymore.

I'm in a cleaning house mood. (Boy does my wife get excited, when she hears those words!) :D

If anyone is interested, I am letting these go at $30.00 plus shipping. Send me a PM or Email if you have any interest. They are clean and in good working order. Three of the four have the rear black foot.

Regards,

John

One sold... three remaining to anyone interested. :D

John

Hi John: We are looking to replace a tired Framer point driver. We have been using the black Fletcher framer point driver. I looked at the pictures of the Elpa F-18 and I cannot tell if it works the same. Some descriptions say "brad driver." so I am not sure if framer points and brads are the same.

Could you let me know?
Thanks,
Vicki Heidorn

Hi Vicki,

These are Brad Drivers Vs the Fletcher-Terry FrameMaster which shoots framers or glaziers points.

Two more sold - I have one remaining, without feet, but it does have the original case! :D

Both tools work similar to each other but shoot different points.

Depending upon age and useage....your "tired" FrameMaster might simply need some replacement springs. You can order these directly on the Fletcher website.

You can send your Fletcher point driver to Fletcher & they will rebuild it for you, or you can do it yourself. Drove me crazy to do it myself.

But check with Randy Parrish, he had some point drivers from the PPFA garage sale that had very light use & were priced at about what a rebuild costs.
