I have been contacted by a person hoping to find the original framer for this 1987 Competition Piece. She would like to return it to the framer if they can be located.
Here is the message:
I have a framed piece of art that was entered into the 1987 Framing Competition in Chicago.
I purchased it from the father of the artist/framer, in a small shop downtown St. Paul, MN.
I would like to return it to him ( If he wants it) , if I can find out who he is and where he is.
The piece was entered as number 2280, Title of the piece is "Silk and Lace"
