Can anyone identify this artist?

Attached is a copy of a limited edition print that I recently purchased from a walk-in - not something I usually do, but something about it really appealed to me. Not sure why - I usually don't go in for abstract. Anyway, there was no paperwork with it and I haven't been able to find out anything on the internet. Also attached is a close-up of the artist's signature, which I can't read. Can anyone help me identify this artwork? I would appreciate any help, so I can determine whether I've overpaid for this. If you like it and you can afford it, who cares what others think the value is. It was the right price at the time!
