Hey, Chris....
I've been framing for 47 years+ now and I still work 5 and 6 days a week.

We are in Phoenix AZ but we even do framing and installations in Las Vegas and Reno Nevada and all over Arizona.
I work with the customers and designers.
I design, sell, make the frames, cut the mats, fit, stretch, do the crazy stuff, help to teach the young apprentices and once in a while I get to eat lunch...

:juggle:

Our shop has all 5 star reviews (20 out of 20) and a customer that I helped last Friday actually mailed us a card to say how much she was pleased with the service and that she will recommend us to others and use us again.
Who mails a card anymore?...

I must really like what I do, or there is something seriously wrong with me..

I also replied on that "other forum"..
Enjoy and have a good one.

Chris - glad you learned it fairly early in life. My motto is "Live to work, or work to live?". IOW, what is the purpose of your life?

If all you're doing is slogging through the day to make enough money to pay the man you aren't going to be very happy.

OTOH if you can go through the day and enjoy what you're doing (and that can be because you adjust your attitude or just because what you're doing is naturally enjoyable) then it's not really "work" any more. Just the path you're on in the journey of Life.
