Anyone want to go in on an order of 1/4" wide self adhesive felt for lining lips?

The company I usually buy my self adhesive felt for lining frame lips from has been acquired by another company and now has a larger minimum order than just a few rolls.


Felt lining is the preferred method of protecting the face of a painting from abrasion from a frame lip or transfer of leaf or other finishes to the face of the frame.


Anyone care to go in on an order with me?


The rolls are 90 feet long x 1/4" wide and 1/16" thick - though 1/4" thick is also available. The rolls are $13.89 per roll plus shipping. I would receive the shipment and re-ship the roll(s) to anyone interested.


The rolls come in white, black and brown. I have now run out of white and need to re-order - but the minimum makes it no longer cost effective for me to go at it alone. I need two rolls so I need to have others take a total of 4 additional rolls.


Any interest?

Jim, the opening sentence says that they are self adhesive .

I used to buy the same item as Rob from the same source. It is a fine product.

Note: It will stretch to fit if you cut it a bit short and conform to odd shaped frames. That is a good thing IMHO. It is also a cushion for mirrors.
