I am trying to find a link to the 2016-2017 Print competition Instructions and guidelines, but I could not find it on the PPFA.Com website or on Framers Corner.

Can you give me a link so I can include the link in some of my communications to our chapter members?

Speaking of the competition, our Chapter wants to get a pulse on what others do about prize monies for the winners? Amounts? We need to re-structure.

The 'Old' Wisconsin Chapter awarded monetary prizes for First, Second & Third place winner in each of the PRINT & OPEN categories. We also offered to help offset shipping costs for the First place winner to send a piece on to International Competition - up to a certain value. We wanted to encourage the participation at the International level.
