Hi Karen,

You're probably not going to see a finished schedule until November if I recall the timing from the past couple of years. With this many instructors working for both WCAF and PPFA and you factor in the logistics of the venue, then you can envision what a monumental task this would be.

If you are making travel and hotel plans on want to book early, I would look to previous shows as a guide and then put in the best classes that are available. Many on this forum probably have last years' schedules for comparison if you desire.

The Education committee and Staff are in the process of lining up instructors and the logistics are being worked on with WCAF Staff. These things will not be finalized for a while yet. Typically the schedules are available in late October early November so expect the same this year.

The meeting is at Paris and Bally's again so start watching room rates there. As soon as anyone finds out show specials or anything I am sure it will be posted here so everyone can take advantage.

Also everyone here is very good about listing flight specials. So be on the look out for these also. I just checked Southwest a day or so ago and their schedule for late January is not posted yet.

Is there some reason why they have to have the classes at Bally's? Last year everyone was complaining about the fact that they couldn't get to the show floor between classes because of the inconvienience of the location.
