I am very happy to announce on behalf of the PPFA Scholarship Selection Committee that the recipients of the annual L. Thomas McKeon CPF and the Vivian C. Kistler MCPF scholarships have been selected.
The recipient of the Vivian C. Kistler MCPF scholarship will receive one free sitting of the MCPF exam, to be taken by the end of January 2015, and a stipend up to $500 to help offset travel or other expenses involved with the exam. The recipient this year is Valerie Becker, CPF of Red Wing Framing & Fine Art Printing in Red Wing, MN.

For more information than you'd ever think you'd want or need I will also be teaching two (no-cost) classes in Las Vegas this coming January, Introduction to the CPF Exam and Introduction to the MCPF Exam. In both we'll be covering who's qualified for the exams, what the exams entail, benefits of certification, etc.
The CPF and MCPF exams will also both be offered in Las Vegas. Applications and complete information are on the certification pages.
