The 2018-19 digital PRINT competition starts May 1, 2018, and closes August 1, 2018 – so hurry over to www.ppfa.com for information and to purchase your PRINT!

After reading the competition rules for 2018-2019, I see that a reasonable size/weight limit has been established for the PRINT division. I think that it is a very reasonable and workable size for each entry to follow.:nod: I would hope the same size/weight limitations apply to the OPEN division. Thus, cutting down on the "larger the better" or "who is the most talented cad/cam plastic carver" entries that seem to be in vogue. Just a thought for your committee to look at to equal out future competitions. You'll never please everyone....so keep up the good work.:thumb:
 
Yes the Same size/weight restrictions apply to both PRINT and OPEN competition. The larger/heavier pieces are really cool and fun to look at but the crating/packing and display has become more costly so we had to put some limitations in place. Hope you will enter this year!!!!

Just wanted to Bump this to the top! Also note the Deadline for Registration is September 15!!!! Sorry did not catch the date typo earlier.
