Spacia Group, based in Louisville, KY, provides custom artwork, decorative and backlit mirrors, and sliding barn doors to the Hospitality, Healthcare, and Corporate markets across the U.S. We are looking for an experienced craftsman/custom framer to lead the production efforts for all showroom orders, special projects, and optimize production for public space art pieces. This role will also develop and optimize new manufacturing processes, leveraging lean manufacturing principles. If you have 5+ yrs of experience in the framing or carpentry industry, are familiar with lean manufacturing principles, and excel at problem solving and creating innovative solutions; while having a track record of meetings deadlines and managing to production schedules and budgets, then Spacia Group is the place for you!
